Collect documents without chasing
The case becomes visible. The documents arrive on their own.
You create a project, break it into steps and record which document you need from whom and by when. taskshare sends the request, reminds up to twice before the deadline and files the document in the right place. The other side sees exactly as much as you release.
The other side needs no account
One link per document, valid for as long as you like – 30 days at most. Anyone who delivers regularly can open a free account and then sees every project at a glance. But nobody has to.
End-to-end encrypted – we cannot read the files either
Documents are encrypted in the other party's browser before they leave the machine. Only those authorised in the project can read them. The server stores ciphertext, not content – not in a database dump, not with server access, and not through us.
Deadlines run by themselves
Up to two reminders before the deadline, at times you set. Once signed in you see at a glance how many documents were requested and how many are overdue.
Traceable, for both sides
Who requested what from whom and when, and when it arrived – with the delivery status of every reminder. The log is only appended to, never changed.
